The State Archives of Belgium has drawn up a Gender Equality Plan (or GEP) in 2023. This is an action plan to promote gender equality in policy. The State Archives is 100% behind this gender equality plan and is committed to its continued implementation.
The plan is part of the European Commission's Gender Equality Strategy for 2020-2025, which sets out the Commission's broader commitment to equality in all European Union policies.
