Bernard Wilkin
Biography
Bernard Wilkin holds a Licence (Master) in History (ULiège), a Master in Fine Arts (University of Aberystwyth, United Kingdom) and a PhD in History (University of Sheffield, United Kingdom). He has worked for the British Library and the University of Huddersfield before getting appointed as lecturer at the University of Exeter. He was then appointed at the National Arhives of Belgium as project collaborator (2016-2018) and now works as an archivist at the State Archives in Liège. He is the author of numerous papers and books about the Npoleonic time and the World Wars.
